Sleep

Haven't slept well in days.
So tired. My brain isn't functioning and my body is as exhausted as i am. Still sick (i think that makes it three weeks now that I've been sick). I can't seem to relax and i feel stressed out. Which is not helping the no sleep. This morning i almost could not get out of bed (physically) because it felt like someone was standing on my ribs.
I hope i can sleep tonight. I don't even know what day it is. I feel so muddled.
Any suggestions to help me sleep better???? Other than warm milk (cuz that's gross.)
